  •  Pot Control System Upgrade – Smelter located in Qatar
    • Conduct a detailed site survey and suggest technical options available to the customer for a PCS upgrade- Independent Consultant
  • Installation of Pilot with new technology– Smelter located in Abu Dhabi
    • Co-develop the PCS with the customer, supply and commission the project for 10 Pots- PCS Specialist
  • Supply and commission the PCS for Lne 6–Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA)
    • Provide hardware for 424 Pots, associated Network, diagnostics and the full PLC based PCS- PCS Specialist
  • Supply and commission the PCS for Creep on Line 1& 3– EGA (Al Taweelah)
    • Provide hardware for 14 new Pots in Line 3, associated Network, diagnostics and brown field conversion of two sections (65 pots) replacing Microprocessor to PLC for Line 1- PCS Specialist
  • Supply and commission the PCS for brown field conversion of Lines 1&3 – EGA (Jabel Ali)
    • Executed the Conversion of 520 Pots from Microcontroller to PLC based PCS- Project Manager
  • Supply and commission the PCS for Green field conversion of Line 3- EGA (Al Taweelah)
    • Provided green field engineering, installation and commissioning of the PLC based PCS for 444 Pots-Project Manager
  • Studies and pilots
    • Heat Stress on PCS panels
    • Comparison of cooling technologies for enclosures
    • Study and trials of PCS components by testing them in the lab, and deploying them on the pot lines.
    • Substitution of alternative hardware conducting studies for end-of-life / obsolescence solutions.
    • Trials for future technologies such as wireless infrastructure, using new generation of intelligent sensors for the PCS
    • Value Engineering by conducting cost benefit analysis on mordernization of PCS
